Kitchen Essentials
Kitchen Essentials gathers six cast iron pieces for the everyday work of a kitchen: one towel bar and five hook sets.
The pieces
- Motris Cast Iron Towel Holder — a hammered, railroad spike–inspired towel bar sized for dishcloths, tea cloths and kitchen towels.
- Astor Cast Iron Hook, Set of 10 and Vagon Cast Iron Hook, Set of 10 — single wall hooks, mounting hardware included, for organizing everyday items around the home.
- Sabo Cast Iron Hooks, Set of 10 — the same single-hook wall design, built for everyday use.
- Spur Cast Iron Under Cabinet Hooks, Set of 6 — a hammered finish, mounted under cabinets for mugs and teacups rather than on the wall.
- Ray Cast Iron Screw-In Hook, Set of 4 — installs into wood — shelves, beams or furniture — rather than directly into a wall.
Mounting
Astor, Vagon and Sabo ship with mounting hardware for wall installation. Spur's hooks go under a cabinet edge instead of a flat wall. Ray's hooks are a screw-in style made for wooden surfaces and are not designed for direct wall mounting. All six pieces are cast iron, and the hammered finish on the Motris and Spur pieces means no two of those come out quite alike.
